Blackburn make move for PSG midfielder Rothen

According to French radio station RMC Blackburn Rovers have made a contract offer to released Paris St. Germain's midfielder Jerome Rothen.

RMC has reported that Rovers boss Sam Allardyce has offered a three-year-deal to the France international, and hopes to tie up the deal soon.
