Birmingham City and Fulham are moving for AS Monaco striker Eidur Gudjohnsen.
The Mirror says Spurs boss Harry Redknapp is keen to sign the Icelandic forward after he enjoyed a successful loan spell at White Hart Lane last season.
There have been complications in renewing his loan from Monaco this summer and that has alerted a number of clubs.
Birmingham and Fulham are watching developments closely while there has also been interest from Dubai in the 31-year-old.
Aston Villa boss Martin O'Neill is an admirer but has also got his sights on Tottenham's Robbie Keane this summer.
