Birmingham’s Johnson: No cliche. I’m living the dream

Birmingham City defender Roger Johnson is delighted with the way he has handled his first Premiership season.

Johnson has become an ever-present in Alex McLeish plans.

He told bcfc.com: "I'm loving every game.

"It's a cliché, but I'm living the dream. I'm in the Premier League week in and week out and I'm loving it and to be doing well is brilliant.

"It's the best league in the world and where I want to be and I'm pleased with my own performances.

"Everybody was expecting big things after signing for £5m. I don't think I've let anyone down and long may it continue.

"I left a good club in Cardiff and I've come to another one with good staff, good lads and the results are with us so it's good place to be."
