Barcelona defender Pique: Real Madrid wanted me

Barcelona defender Gerard Pique admits Real Madrid chased him hard while he was with Manchester United.

"In Madrid there was always an interest in my game, but it was always a non-starter as far as I was concerned," said the Spain international.

"I am fortunate to be playing for Barca, which always have been my team. I feel very happy and I've never regretted returning, nor not joining Madrid or anyother team."

pique dnt cry now dat madrid wanted me.by sayng so dnt think madrid wil take u,u hapy to play 4barca then who u showng at madrid wantd me.it shows dat u regrat now.poor pique u r gud player bt coach pep is only star and president dnt say anythng to him.barca u honeymoon tym gone.eto nw herny pique god knws wat else.
