Barcelona coach Guardiola keen to lift Treble defence pressure
After winning the Supa Copa last night, Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola sought to play down talk of defending their Treble this season.
Barca thumped Athletic Bilbao 3-0 in the second-leg and Guardiola said afterwards: "It's been many years since another team has come close to such achievement , and if you do it the first time, it will usually not happen again.
"The important thing is to do what we did today in every game, which is very difficult. I do not worry about winning three titles, but just the next one.
"The team has done well, we have played well, creating chances. I congratulate the team for the first title of the year."
On Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Guardiola added: "I think he is doing well. He's so tall, that he does seem not as dynamic, but he is and will continue to be so. I am pleased, he had more minutes tonight and did well."
