Atletico Madrid are moving for Celtic goalkeeper Artur Boruc.

With Gregory Coupet, 36, and Leo Franco, who is coming off contract, as their two senior keepers, Atletico are actively seeking a new No1.

Poland international Boruc has emerged as a major target, with Atletico willing to offer £8 million to convince Celtic to sell.

Newcastle United are also eyeing Boruc.
