Kurt Zouma has urged Chelsea's players to follow new boss Antonio Conte's methods in the forthcoming season, reports the London Evening Standard.
The 21 year old believes it is important the entire Chelsea squad is pulling in the same direction as Conte attempts to introduce a new style of play in west London.
"He's a very, very good manager. We saw him in the Euros and he did very, very well," Zouma told the Chelsea TV.
"The way he wants us to play is very good. We have to follow him.
"We have to be all together. He's giving a lot of advice to everybody so that is very good. He's so close to the players," he added.
