Kurt Zouma's protracted loan move to Stoke City is being delayed because of contract talks with Chelsea.

The 22-year old completed a medical with the Potters on Monday.

The deal will be finalised this by the end of this week, according to Sky Sports.

But only after the Frenchman agrees to terms on a contract extension with Chelsea.
