West Ham United boss Gianfranco Zola is considering his future at Upton Park.
The People says Zola is so incensed by remarks made by new co-owner David Sullivan - that he and his players will have to take 25 per cent pay cuts - that he is ready to ask the League Managers Association for advice.
Zola and right-hand man Steve Clarke will not quit Upton Park before the end of the season, because they enjoy a close bond with the team and are determined to ensure they are safe from relegation.
Sources close to Zola believe he is so angry that he has spoken about asking where he would stand in a claim for constructive dismissal.
