West Ham United boss Gianfranco Zola rates Barcelona star Lionel Messi ahead of Real Madrid signing Cristiano Ronaldo. Zola told Daily Mail: "They are both fantastic players. But I like Messi. Ronaldo is a fantastic goalscorer but I don't think he is as good as Messi when it comes to creating chances for others."
Zola's No2 at West Ham, Steve Clarke chimed in: "He's only saying that because he's the same size."
