Gianfranco Zola says the pressure at West Ham United is just the same as with Roberto Mancini's Manchester City.
Zola believes saving the penniless Hammers from relegation is just as difficult a task as what is expected at City.
He said: "Roberto has a tough job. He has a good team but he has a lot of pressure and it is a job that will test him very much.
"He has done very well in Italy and I am curious to see how he will handle it in the Premier League.
"My job is just as hard but in a different way. We have a different objective - we know we have to stay in the Premier League - but I don't mind that.
"I like things to be tough and I am sure this job will make me tougher."
