Gianfranco Zola has urged West Ham fans not to boo Craig Bellamy when they face Manchester City this weekend.
Zola said: "I don't really know what kind of reception Craig will get from the crowd.
"It's not my concern and it's just important that we focus on what we do and try to win because we know how big a game it is for us.
"I hope Craig gets a good reception but that's not down to me really. We've not won for three games in the league now and we're determined to halt that run as soon as we can.
"Craig's scored against two of his former sides in Newcastle and Liverpool already this season and we know he's a threat but hopefully he won't make it three.
"He's a big player and he's one of the City players we'll have to look after. I've already spoken a lot about him leaving and now that's it on that subject."
