The agent of Gianfranco Zola admits he's open to a return to Chelsea.

Zola is being linked with an assistant manager's role should Chelsea appoint Maurizio Sarri as new manager.

Fulvio Marrucco told Radio Kiss Kiss in Naples: “I can answer only for Zola. I don't know if Sarri will be the new coach of Chelsea.

“The first step is the eventual sacking of Conte, then Chelsea will have to find agreement with Napoli and then finally Chelsea and Sarri will will have to find an understanding.

“I have never met the Blues but the Zola proposition is not dependant on the arrival of Sarri in London. Zola is a legend there. We need to clarify what the role will be."
