Didier Zokora says Tottenham have been transformed under new coach Juande Ramos.
"City is a great team and played well, but we knew we needed three points because when we looked at the table, it's not too good," said Zokora. "It was an important moment. When I look at the table now we're up to 13th and we're happier.
"The fans give us so much, they motivate us. To beat City was fantastic. I looked at everyone the next morning and every player was happy and we're all now confident going to Portsmouth."
