Didier Zokora has been impressed by the form of Tottenham's new signings.

He told the club's website: "I've played three games of the pre-season so far and we've won them all, and it was especially pleasing to beat Celtic because they won their league.

"Benty's confidence keeps growing and I was also very happy for David Bentley to score in his first game.

"He, Luka (Modric) and Gio (dos Santos) have all scored for the Club already but I am still waiting after two years! But the most important thing is the team doing well."
