Didier Zokora is throwing his support behind new Tottenham manager Juande Ramos.
"What we need to do is to defend a little better and we will be back in the top half of the table.
"Ramos has got a good reputation all over Europe, my national team-mate Arouna Kone in Seville told me positive things about him."
Zokora admits his performances have been below par so far this season, but he is determined to turn things around.
"My form has not been very good like the rest of the team, however I am working hard in training to improve my own form and also the team's results," he added.
