Reading owner Anton Zingarevich is happy to count on football chief Nick Hammond.

The Russian revealed Hammond recently signed a new deal.

"We signed a new three-year contract with him last summer. We are a team working well together," he told the Reading Post.

"Every single one of us needs to develop professionally in the Premier League. What we have is the principles what we want to work towards and experience."
