New Valencia signing Nikola Zigic has aggravated an ankle injury in his first days at the Mestalla.

Zigic will miss Serbia's Euro2008 qualifier against Belgium because of the injury: "I had two training sessions with Valencia and my state worsened substantially.

"For that reason, I missed the game against Elfsborg and watched from the stands."
