Real Madrid are making Cristiano Ronaldo more of a team player, says Zinedine Zidane. Zizou, an advisor at Real, travelled with the squad to France last night for their Champions League tie with Olympique Lyon.

Asked about former Manchester United star Ronaldo's impact at Real, the Frenchman said: "I'm impressed by what Cristiano is doing and not just me.

"His work is phenomenal and he is only 25 years of age. His confidence is huge, and this is essential for playing well. In Manchester he was more individualistic. Here he seems more at home, playing better with his teammates."
