Zinedine Zidane has quickly moved into the role of sports director at Real Madrid.
While officially still working as an 'adviser', Zizou has been front-and-centre in transfer negotiations since the axing of Jorge Valdano at the end of last season.
Zidane's influence has already seen Real trump Manchester United for Lens defender Raphael Varane.
And the Frenchman is also working on another coup in the form of Lille star Eden Hazard.
It was on Real coach Jose Mourinho's insistence last season that Zidane become more involved in the workings of the club - and the Special One's move is now paying dividends for president Florentino Perez.
