Zidane: Hazard is my favourite…after Messi and Ronaldo

Zinedine Zidane has once again expressed his love for Eden Hazard.

As Real Madrid continue to be linked with a big money move for the Chelsea star, the Spanish club's reserves coach spoke of his admiration for the 24-year-old Belgian.

Zidane believes Hazard is one of the top three players in the world, behind Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, but offered nothing further on Madrid's reported pursuit of his services.

"After Messi and Ronaldo, Hazard is my favourite player. It is spectacular to see him play," he reportedly told Sky Sports.

"Do I see him going to Real Madrid? I love the player, that's all I will say."

Zidane was also confident Hazard, who guided Chelsea to the Premier League title last season, would soon return to his absolute best after experiencing an indifferent beginning to the campaign.

"I have no doubts he'll be back," he added.
