Zhirkov eager to kickstart Chelsea career
After weeks of watching, Chelsea wing-back Yuri Zhirkov says the time has come to kickstart his Premiership career.
Ahead of tonight's Carling Cup tie with QPR, Zhirkov said: "This is Chelsea, I don't think anything needs to be said about the club. Everything is done at the highest level here. You have the best players here and the best facilities at the training ground and now I have to prove I am at this level too.
"I would say this is probably the best League in the world and I know pretty much everything there is to know from watching the games."

people say chelsea will struggle when african cups comes i dont see what the prob is other then or stikers can we cope with ou didi but miedfied where pac we can handle the absence f essien and mikel we have coming back deco and zhirkv and joe still very srong and very creatve i that area
