Zenit St Petersburg midfielder Axel Witsel has opened the door to moving to Italy and Juventus.

Witsel is expected to leave Zenit in the summer and has talked up the prospect of moving to the Premier League.

Speaking with Voetbalkrant.com, Witsel declared he is a big fan of Juventus veteran Andrea Pirlo and also Zinedine Zidane was a hero.

"The Frenchman was my idol, Pirlo is one of the best in the world," he said.

"Juventus? We'll see. We wait for the summer market."
