West Ham United were offered Zenit St Petersburg attacking midfielder Alessandro Rosina yesterday.
Rosina is regarded as one of Italy's most exciting talents and left Torino for Zenit last year to join former AS Roma coach Luciano Spalletti in Russia.
TMW says Zenit offered Rosina to the Hammers in the final hour of yesterday's transfer deadline day, but without success.
