Zenit St Petersburg are chasing Tottenham striker Roman Pavlyuchenko.
The Daily Mail says Pavlyuchenko is seen as a potential replacement for Pavel Pogrebnyak, who recently left for Stuttgart. The Spurs player fears he will lose his place in the Russia side ahead of next summer's World Cup if he is not playing regular first-team football.
Pavlyuchenko expects a decision by tomorrow over whether he will be leaving White Hart Lane.
