Zenit St Petersburg have joined the battle for Liverpool defender Martin Skrtel. The Daily Mail says they have joined the chase for Skrtel and hope to tempt him with a £110,000-per-week deal.
Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers wants to keep the centre half, 27, but a new contract has yet to be agreed, with Napoli and Manchester City also interested.
Zenit sold Skrtel to Anfield for £6.5million in 2008 but would offer £14m to bring him back.
