Zenit coach Spalletti pushing to land Inter Milan striker Zarate

Zenit St Petersburg coach Luciano Spalletti won't give up on Inter Milan striker Mauro Zarate.

Zarate is on-loan at Inter from Lazio and reluctant to move to Russia.

But Mediaset says that hasn't put off Spalletti, who may go direct to the player himself to convince him about a move to Zenit.

There remains two weeks left of the Russian transfer window and Zenit hope to do business for €15 million.
