Zenit coach Spalletti chasing Lazio striker Rocchi
New Zenit St Petersburg coach Luciano Spalletti is chasing Lazio striker Tommaso Rocchi.
Rocchi's agent admits his client has been a long-term target for Spalletti, even when he was coach of Roma.
"I don't want to talk about the transfer market yet," said agent Oscar Damiani.
"To be honest I have not received an offer from the Russians. But I can say something, I know for sure that when Spalletti was with the Giallorossi he tried to sign Tommaso.
"Obviously it was an impossible negotiation which would have never gone through.
"Rocchi would have never left Lazio to join Roma, but now it is different..."
