Zenit St Petersburg are in talks with Arsenal over a permanent deal for Andrey Arshavin.

The Daily Mail says negotiations have already taken place with Zenit St Petersburg over the permanent transfer of Arshavin, who spent the end of last season on loan at his boyhood club.

The Russia international has also been linked with Fulham.
