Birmingham City are set to cough up £1 million to sign Argie whizkid Mauro Zarate on-loan from Qatar's Al-Sadd.
Zarate was at St Andrews to watch the Blues' 1-0 defeat to Chelsea on Saturday and could play in the reserves tonight.
