Mauro Zarate is ready to discuss a permanent contract at Lazio.
Zarate's brother, Sergio Zarate, revealed: "Soon we will talk about a contract until 2014.
"I've come to Italy for the birthday of Mauro. But we hope to soon celebrate the new contract with Lazio."
