Inter Milan captain Javier Zanetti says he won't make a decision over his future until the summer.
Zanetti, 40, is weighing up whether to play on next season.
âInter has given me so much and I am very proud,â Zanetti said after collecting Fiorentinaâs Fair Play Cartellino Viola 2013 award.
âItalian football will always be a part of me. In life everyone always does what they feel is right.
âYou can make mistakes but then you need to say youâre sorry and start again.
âThis season I wanted to return from a serious injury, show I can be useful and keep playing.
âThe most important thing is the future of this team, qualifying for Europe and finishing the season well.
âThen we will see, I am here and available.
âThe bond between me and Inter will last forever.
âAt the end of this season, thanks to the great relationship I have with Erick Thohir, we will assess what is best for Inter.â
