Inter Milan captain Javier Zanetti was proud to match Beppe Bergomi's appearances record in victory over Bologna.
The captain celebrated his 519th Serie A appearance for the club in the 4-1 victory over Bologna.
"I thank everyone for the standing ovation and this evening could not have gone better," he smiled.
"The fans have always been marvellous towards me. I am part of the big Inter family. When I arrived here in 1995, I was an unknown, the Moratti family opened their arms and we grew up together.
"I want to end my career at Inter. We have won so much and I want to continue doing it."
