Inter Milan vice-president Javier Zanetti says they must do all they can to support new coach Roberto Mancini.
Mancini suffered his first defeat since his return against AS Roma on the weekend.
"Against Roma I saw an Inter team which will grow," Zanetti said.
"We faced a great team and we must focus on the positive things we did.
"Roberto will do a great job and as a club we have to be prepared to give him everything he needs to deliver a great season.
"Lamela, Cerci and Lavezzi [linked with Inter] are all great players.
"There are three games [until the transfer window opens], Roberto will speak with us and we'll try to understand what it takes to move us up the League table."
