Inter Milan captain Javier Zanetti is anticipating January signings.

Inter are expected to make some changes to the squad once the January transfer window opens.

"I am sure that the club will make a great effort to make this team even more competitive," said the Argentine.

"We must work with the players we have and then if some new ones arrive they will be welcome."
