Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini insists Juventus have a world-beater in Paulo Dybala.

Zamparini sold Dybala last summer.

“Dybala is world class, Allegri no," Zamparini said to Sport Mediaset.

“Dybala knows how to do everything, when I sold him to Juve I told Marotta: 'look, you've signed the new Messi.'

“When Messi was very young at Barcelona he was always made to play. Always.

“Dybala plays intermittently, this is a kind of determination from Allegri that I don't understand.

“Or at least: I understand why many Coaches do it like this, they want to take credit to say: look, he's made the player develop.

“Iachini did it with Dybala as well, but I discovered and signed Dybala. He's the new Messi, he can do it all, he's world class."
