Atalanta forward Riccardo Zampagna insists he wants to play out his career with the Orobici.

"I read with surprise that I want to move in January because of competition for places," Zampagna roared. "There are 27 players in this squad and they all have an equal chance of playing - the boss decides, not me.

"It's nice to know that there are other clubs who rate me, but I happily extended my contract here just a few months ago and I have no intention of disappointing the club or the fans.

"In short, I can reassure the Atalanta faithful that I will finish my career here in Bergamo."
