Former Real Madrid and Chile star Ivan Zamorano has backed their bid for Juventus midfielder Arturo Vidal. Chile international Vidal is being linked with a summer move to Real.
And Zamorano says: "When I came six months ago, (president) Florentino Perez asked about Arturo.
"I told him he had to get him.
"Arturo is an extraordinary footballer. For Real Madrid, he may very well come in handy. He can play anywhere in the world. He meets the heavy demands of modern football."
