University of Akron striker Steve Zakuani has shrugged off talk he will go first pick in the MLS SuperDraft. "I'm aware of it," Zakuani, who is expected to be taken by new MLS franchise Seattle Sounders, said. "It's more from my friends who read the stuff and my family who told me. I don't really look at it. But I know what's going on.

"It's an honor to be associated with that. You've got to come here, work hard and not collapse under the pressure. I want to make a lasting impression. Whether I get drafted number one or number 10, it doesn't matter to me. I just want to get drafted."
