Amr Zaki hopes to be fit for Wigan Athletic's final game of the season.
On-loan from El Zamalek, the Egypt striker could play a farewell game for the Latics as he shakes off a knee injury.
"The scan result showed that I've got a strong knock in my knee and a light sprain of my left ankle which will rule me out for two weeks at most," Zaki said on his own official website.
"The medical staff said that I may be fit for the last game of the season versus Portsmouth at the JJB on 26th May.
"I hope to play that game to do special things for the fans who supported me a lot this season."
