Alberto Zaccheroni feels there's been too many coaching changes at Inter Milan.

The former Inter coach, now in charge of Japan, believes the chopping and changing has contributed to the Nerazzurri's woes.

"In two years the club have changed four Coaches and as many projects," Zac told Panorama. "You can't manage such a situation.

"The President, however, is not the creator of this mess because he works with passion and he has a lot of experience.

"Now they will need to show some patience and take forward a project until the very end in order to see success."
