Alberto Zaccheroni wants more goalscoring urgency from his Japan national team players.
The Blue Samurai sit on the top of their 2014 World Cup qualifying group in Asia with 13 goals for and two against but he is well aware that things will only get more difficult as the campaign progresses.
The Italian tactician is urging his players to make a habit of scoring goals efficiently as it will help improve the overall results of Asia's top-ranked team.
"It's not a technical issue. It's a habit," said Zaccheroni.
"I think one of the reasons is that the players are taking for granted all the chances we are creating.
"They may be thinking they will have an opportunity sooner or later so there is no sense of urgency.
"But as the opponents we play become stronger and stronger from here on, there will be times when we won't be able to create many (chances), so we need to get away from that kind of mindset."
