Manchester City fullback Pablo Zabaleta says they're on the brink of a golden era.

Victory today against QPR will see City win the Premier League title for the first time in 44 years.

"The only thing I can say is that all the players will do their best against QPR and we will do everything we can to win the title," Zabaleta told City's website.

"If we succeed, it is probably the start of a new era for this club. We're very close but nothing is done yet, so we'll see on Sunday."
