Zabaleta urges Man City to bounce back in Manchester derby

Manchester City full-back Paulo Zabaleta has urged his teammates to turn around their recent form slump in Sunday's clash with Manchester United.

The Citizens head into the Manchester derby on the back of three losses in their last five league games which has seen them dropped to fourth on the Premier League table.

Zabaleta told the club's official website: "Every game we play is important but the derby is still the biggest game of the season for us because it is a special match for the players and the fans.

"It is going to be a difficult game on Sunday because United are in a good moment and have won five games in a row, but this is a good chance for us to respond well to the defeat at Crystal Palace and try and win this game.

"We know we only have one game per week from now until the end of the season so each time we'll have six or seven days to prepare for each fixture and rest properly in-between.

"What we need to do now is just do our best from now until the end of the season and see where that takes us."
