Adam Morgan has been told he can leave Liverpool to find a new club.
The 19-year old striker, who had a six-month loan at Rotherham United last season, is well down the pecking order at Anfield and can go in the winter.
It is believed that Blackburn Rovers are showing interest in Liverpool-born Morgan who came through the youth academy with the Reds.
