Manchester United midfielder Ashley Young is the subject of special praise from manager Sir Alex Ferguson.
The 26-year old England international has made an immediate impact at Old Trafford following his early summer move from Aston Villa and his performances have not gone unnoticed by Fergie.
"Some players can find it difficult to settle in. Not everyone is the same. In the case of Ashley's he's done exceptionally well," he said of Young, who has already scored twice and provided four assists in the Premier League.
"We were a bit late [in signing Young] but he's matured at Aston Villa. His form last season was fantastic considering they had a difficult year themselves and since he's come he's taken the challenge very well."
