Aston Villa star Ashley Young reportedly wants a buyout-clause in his contract in case he feels the urge to leave sometime down the track.
The 25-year old winger remains a strong target for Tottenham, who have been monitoring him for a few months now, but Villa are trying to tie him down to a long-term deal.
However, the London-born England international wants to keep his options open just in case a decent offer comes through for him and has asked for an escape plan to be written into his new contract if he decides to sign.
Young's current deal expires at the end of next season so if Villa want to ensure he remains happy, will have to bow to his personal terms or else he could be heading back down south.
