Luke Young has hailed the recent scoring form of Middlesbrough teammate Tuncay Sanli.

The England international told the Evening Gazette: "It is difficult for foreign lads to settle into a new team and a new type of football. A lot of players come here and struggled for the first few games, few months or longer.

"But quality always comes through. He is different class, has a brilliant attitude and ability, he is very fit and plays with a real spark. It was only a matter of time before he got to grips with the game."
