Maya Yoshida has urged his Southampton teammates to forget about Sunday's FA Cup semi-final loss to Chelsea.
The Saints are four points away from safety with four games remaining in the Premier League.
And their Japanese defender says the club must now focus all their energy on beating the drop.
He said: "We all know about the game against Bournemouth. It's going to be crucial for us. We have to make sure we get three points.
"It's a home game and a derby, we have to fight to stay in the Premier League. We've finished with the FA Cup and now we must focus on the Premier League and staying up.
"We need a good rest and get ready to put in a performance."
