Manchester United legend Dwight Yorke is adamant Wayne Rooney is happy at Old Trafford.
Sir Alex Ferguson has poured cold water over any suggestion the England forward could be moved on in the summer - a sentiment echoed by trio Yorke.
Yorke, who helped United win the Champions League in 1999, said: "I have a bit of insight into the club and Wayne is a very happy guy.
"He was disappointed not to be playing Madrid and with Wayne Rooney there's always going to be a lot of speculation.
"But he was happy, ready to come back and prove his worth.
"He got a goal against Chelsea and I'm sure the Wayne Rooney that I know will want to keep playing for Manchester United for as long as possible."
